* Limit characters in these fields to numbers and letters only. An underscore "__" may be used in place of a blank space.

* Limit the password field to 8 characters or less. Submit a separate request for each class requiring folder .

Please move any important files from last year's class folders to folders created for the current school year by September 2, 2002
