  a. biggest disappointment, frustration or fear?
Inconsistent availability of Intra and Internet
Setting up website & remembering how  to do it.
Not having enough time to attend workshops.
Server down-Lesson plans ruined
   
Mid-year breakdown.   The class "Ancient Times" newspaper project fell apart.
Too much money spent on bells & whistles, not enough for more English teachers
Lack of floppy drives in the Apple Lab  
   
Personal folders erased.   Lack of computer in the room 
Unreliable  
     
Photocopying facilities for MS teachers;  Father Travis's microphone; being unable to type in individualized comment on report cards; report cards going out after the last day of school.
The server down or power failure when needed to use  
   
The eclass grading system and the negative attitude of Leovy. The loss of MS files

Several research projects, 1st on internet to get a feeling of the subject, then library research, then internet search.
Using the internet as a researched tool

Need strong support of language arts teachers who have the main responsibility to integrate technology.  They need good computers.

More computers
A big screen with complete equipments in the Godbout Hall for the use of the 3 sections.  
       
Hire more English Teachers, buy the digital cameras, some plain old VC Video Cameras
Planning to use some of new techniques and to incorporate the technology outcome in unit planning.  
       
Please let us know before you update the system and check whether it is a good line with the counseling office.
More consistency, responsibilities of teachers, student techs from the year starting to the end.  
       
When will we find out the results of these surveys?
Keep viruses off the server.   Keep the service reliable.  
       
Have a "Review of Eclass" Course taught by ITs or qualified instructor.   Have administrators attend and learn!   Check to see that written instructions truly tell teachers what to do.
More inservice specifically for Art teachers  /  More digital cameras /  Better colour printer.  
         
Checking the Spanish action plan and implement it.
