The ’21–’22 school year begins August 16. Read an update from the Head of School here.
RIS alumni are invited to help save lives at the first of the school’s biannual blood drive. The blood drive will take place on Friday, September 28, from 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. in H408 of the RIS high school building. (The next blood drive takes place on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.)
“It would be great to get more RIS alumni to participate in this event,” says RIS alumna and Red Cross Committee Advisor Sabrena Baiagern.“ I’d like to encourage them to join us on this noble cause and help us make a difference. RIS has some pretty amazing students and alumni who have already donated blood to help others in need. To the people who have received the blood, these donors are like superheroes!
“Please join us and help save a life! All walk-in donors are welcome! We look forward to seeing regular donors and new ones. Remember you can be someone’s superhero!”
