To provide preliminary information regarding student accident insurance benefits, the following outlines the procedure for making a claim in the event of a student accident. If the required documents are presented at the hospital, medical expenses will be covered without the need for advance payment.
Required Documents for Insurance Claim
- PA Card (Student Accident Insurance Card)
- Student Card
- Passport (for international students) / Thai ID Card (for Thai students) – copy or image
Note: In the case of Thai children who do not yet have an identification card, a copy or image of the birth certificate must be presented to the hospital staff.
If Advance Payment Is Required
In cases where international or Thai students are unable to provide the required documents and must pay medical expenses in advance, please prepare and submit the following documents for reimbursement:
- The original receipts of medical expenses
- The original medical certificate or medical report
- A copy of the first page of the insured’s bank account passbook (savings or current account)
If the student’s bank book is not available, the insurance company requires additional documents:
- A copy of the student’s birth certificate
- A copy of the parent’s (father’s or mother’s) bank book
